Mold material determines mold service life and casting stability. Xinfeng Machinery adopts premium hot-work die steel represented by H13 for all aluminum casting molds. We select the most suitable steel grade according to customer’s casting temperature, production cycle, output demand and product structure.
H13 hot-work steel features excellent thermal fatigue resistance, high hardness and strong toughness. It effectively resists high-temperature deformation and thermal erosion during long-term LPDC, gravity and CPC casting production, ensuring long mold lifespan and stable casting quality. Material certificates and inspection reports can be provided for all molds.
